At Simon Law we are referred many larger cases from other lawyers. Our firm is set up to litigate serious injury cases. We follow the Rules of Professional conduct that allows attorney’s fees to be split among attorneys. Some lawyers understand that their time and money is better spent marketing and acquiring new cases rather than being consumed with expensive and stressful litigation. As a referring attorney, you can select your level of involvement, including participating in the litigation process. It is best to have our involvement from the outset to help strategize and prove up the case properly. We are happy to consult initially, and if you need us later, we already know your case for an easy transition.
