Daniel Simon
Simon Law is a boutique practice giving specialized attention to our clients. Unlike big firms where you become a number, we personally handle your case and are available to discuss important issues right away.
Daniel Simon, born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, graduated with honors from Whittier College of Law in 1992. He immediately went to work litigating personal injury and workers compensation cases concentrating on the more serious injury cases. He has litigated hundreds of cases obtaining several multi-million dollar verdicts. Daniel understands what it takes to prove your case and persuade a jury that you are deserving to WIN and recover.

Ashley Ferrel
Ashley Ferrel joined Simon Law in January 2015 as an Associate Attorney. Ashley primarily focuses on Plaintiff’s personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, medical malpractice and other wrongful death matters. Ashley has assisted on over a dozen multi-million dollar civil settlements and jury verdicts, which has provided her with invaluable legal experience in client representation in all stages of the litigation process.
Ashley attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She then went on to attend law school at Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she earned her Juris Doctor Law Degree in 2010. Ashley is a member of the Clark County Bar Association and the American and Nevada Justice Associations.

Ben Miller
Ben Miller is an associate litigation attorney that has been practicing since 2007. Joining Simon Law in 2013, Ben’s practice areas include all areas of personal injury, including automobile collisions, premises liability, slip and falls, dog bites, products liability, insurance bad faith and medical malpractice. He oversees cases from beginning phases through trial, and he has substantial litigation experience involving jury trials, arbitrations, mediations, negotiations, depositions, motion hearings, discovery matters, lien resolutions.
Originally from Northfield, Minnesota, Ben obtained his law degree from the University of Drake Law School. Ben enjoys time being a husband and father, traveling, movies and watching the Minnesota Vikings crush his hopes each year.
