Nevada Car Crashes

Fatal traffic accidents happen every single day in the United States and in the state of Nevada. Yearly, around 40,000 people lose their lives in car accidents throughout the country. In Nevada, hundreds of individuals are killed annually due to traffic accidents. These wrecks are caused by countless circumstances, however, driver negligence is the main culprit behind most of the reported auto collisions in the United States.

Negligent driving has risen to the top of the list of reasons why traffic accidents occur across the nation. People who allow themselves to become distracted, travel at unsafe speeds, drive while intoxicated or fatigued cause over 94% of reported car crashes every single year. Sadly, the majority of injurious and fatal auto accidents in the US are totally preventable and caused by the negligent actions of drivers.

When you or a loved one have been involved in a fatal traffic accident caused by the actions of a negligent driver, you should consider working with a car crash lawyer who can help you recover in more ways than one. When you work with a skilled lawyer to file a personal injury claim, you may be eligible to collect financial compensation for your losses and damages. Some of these losses and damages may include:

  • Medical bills
  • Lost wages
  • Vehicle repair costs
  • Emotional turmoil
  • Pain
  • Suffering
  • Loss of life enjoyment
  • Loss of consortium
  • Loss of future earning capacity
  • And more

Working with a lawyer is definitely in your best interest, especially if you know that your accident was not your fault. An attorney will thoroughly investigate your claim and negotiate a full and fair settlement for you from the insurance company so you can focus on your health and well-being.

The only thing that is more devastating than suffering serious injuries in a crash is losing someone you love in the same manner. Losing a loved one in a fatal accident that may have been caused by negligence is potentially one of the most stressful and depressing situations that can happen to you. Though a lawyer cannot ease the emotional pain you may be feeling at this time, we may be able to help lift the financial burden you may be facing so you can focus on healing.
