Las Vegas, NV – Two Killed in I-11 Car Crash near US-95/I-11 Junction

Las Vegas, NV (April 8, 2024) – Two people have lost their lives as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred early Sunday morning, April 7. The Nevada State Police were called to the scene of the accident at around 6:50 a.m.

Preliminary reports indicate that two vehicles collided on Interstate 11 during the morning hours. The incident prompted the closure of the interstate in both directions, spanning from US Highway 95/I-11 Junction to Boulder City Parkway. Emergency medical services responded to the scene to render aid to the involved victims. However, a man and a woman were both fatally injured and pronounced deceased at the scene. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
