More than 6 million car accidents occur throughout the United States every year. Driving at unsafe speeds makes it impossible for motorists to respond appropriately when emergencies arise. Other forms of driver negligence have become increasingly common among American drivers, including:
- Intoxication
- Distraction
- Fatigue
