Las Vegas, NV – Pedestrian Killed in Hit & Run on N Main St near Foremaster Ln

Las Vegas, NV (April 20, 2024) – Police in Las Vegas are currently searching for a suspect after a pedestrian was fatally hit and killed on Saturday night. 

Shortly after 8:00 p.m., on April 20, emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident on North Main Street. Surveillance video evidence revealed that a pedestrian was headed east across Main Street near Foremaster Lane while a vehicle was headed south. The pedestrian was struck by the front of the vehicle and projected forward onto the pavement, police said. Investigations reveal the driver fled the scene without stopping to render aid. Medical personnel who arrived shortly after the accident attempted life-saving measures on the victim; However, the male pedestrian was pronounced deceased on-site. Police in Las Vegas continue their investigations into the details of the crash.
