Las Vegas, NV (April 30, 2024) – A man in a wheelchair lost his life when he was struck by a vehicle in the early morning hours of Sunday, April 28, in Las Vegas.
At approximately 3:50 a.m., police in Henderson responded to the scene on Lake Mead Parkway near Cornelius Kelly Avenue. Reports show a 71-year-old man in a wheelchair entered the road into northbound traffic when he was struck by an SUV. Paramedics pronounced the man deceased at the scene. His name has not been reported at this time.
