Las Vegas, NV – Injuries Reported in Spring Mountain Rd Collision
Las Vegas, NV (April 9, 2024) – At least one person was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries following a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the Las Vegas area. Calls for assistance were received at around 6:40 p.m. on April 8.
According to reports from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, a collision blocked multiple lanes of Spring Mountain Road near South Jones Boulevard. Emergency crews arrived at the scene and immediately closed down the intersection. Police and firefighters remained at the scene for more than 45 minutes while working to clear the road. Injuries were reported as a result of the crash. Emergency medical services personnel responded to treat injured victims before transporting them to area hospitals. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated.
