Las Vegas, NV – Bicyclist Critically Hurt in Crash on N Nellis Blvd

Las Vegas, NV (April 12, 2024) – A bicyclist suffered critical injuries after a wreck in Las Vegas. At approximately 7:46 p.m., the accident happened on North Nellis Boulevard near East Bonanza Road. Police determined that a Pilot was headed north on Nellis in the left lane when the bicycle was headed west across Nellis just north of Bonanza Road. The bicyclist was hit by the front-left corner of the Honda, police said. EMS promptly responded to the scene and transported the cyclist to the University Medical Center’s Trauma Unit where he remains in critical condition. Police say the driver of the Honda stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. The crash is currently being investigated by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
