Reno, NV – Car Crash Causes Injuries on Mae Anne Ave near Grand Point Way

Reno, NV (August 7, 2024) – At around 1:21 p.m., on Monday, August 5, a car crash happened in Reno that resulted in injuries. Sources say the incident occurred on Mae Anne Avenue near Grand Point Way between one passenger vehicle and a white Ford SUV. Three people were sent to the hospital with injuries due to the wreck. The two cars reportedly traveled in opposite directions when they were involved in a head-on crash. The SUV rolled several times as a result of the collision. At this time, why the wreck happened is under local law enforcement investigation. Those with injuries were transported to the hospital for treatment, however; Their identities have not been reported at this time.
