Las Vegas, NV (August 4, 2024) – At approximately 10:20 p.m., on August 3, a serious car accident occurred in Las Vegas that resulted in injuries. Reports from local police show the crash happened in the Strip on Sands Avenue near Manhattan Street. An unspecified number of vehicles collided in the area which caused extensive damage and delays. One or more people were injured in the crash and transported to the hospital for treatment as necessary. Currently, the severity of any injuries suffered has not been reported. The intersection was closed for some time while police and other responders worked to help the people involved, and motorists were urged to use alternate routes for the time being.
