Las Vegas, NV – Bicyclist Killed in Crash on Fremont St near E Sahara Ave
Las Vegas, NV (June 8, 2024) – A bicyclist lost their life on Fremont Street on the morning of June 8. At around 7:00 a.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of the incident on Fremont Street. Several responders were observed on-site shortly after the 61-year-old cyclist was struck by the car. The man was knocked to the ground and severely injured. He was transported to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased. At this time, his name has not been reported. The driver of the truck that hit him remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
