Woman Awarded $21.7 Million Following Watercraft Accident

After suffering permanent brain damage following a personal watercraft accident, a Los Angeles woman was awarded $21.7 million from the manufacturer and the people driving the vehicle. The watercraft became uncontrollable due to a product defect, causing the craft to crash into a boat and injuring the frontal lobe of the then 15-year-old-girl.
