Contaminated Cantaloupe Prompts Walmart Lawsuit

A Wyoming man has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Walmart, after his wife died from eating a cantaloupe that was contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The Food and Drug Administration labeled the cantaloupes as hazardous, and the retailer complied and removed the fruit from the store.
