Reno, NV – Crash at Geiger Grade & Toll Rd with Injuries

Reno, NV (August 17, 2024) – On Friday, August 16, at least one person suffered injuries following a traffic accident in Reno. At around 9 p.m., emergency responders were sent to the crash site at the corner of Geiger Grade Road and Toll Road. The injured parties were treated by attending paramedics, and those requiring additional treatment were later hospitalized.

At this time, the severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been determined. The roadway was closed for several hours until tow trucks were able to remove the related wreckage. No further information has been released. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing crash investigation, and more information will be provided as it continues.
